The Disneyland Paris resort in Chessy, France employs and onboards thousands of new employees (“Cast Members”) each year, from many different countries and for a vast variety of roles. New Cast Members receive this digital onboarding packet a few weeks before their first day to welcome, inform and prepare them for a successful start in their new workplace and, for some, a new country.
